This weekend just so happened to be extra good. With hours spent enjoying the summer sun to exploring new areas in LA, I loved every minute and the company I spent it with.
- Mosaic Church in Hollywood: This place is absolutely amazing. There is truly nothing better than spending a Sunday evening in service with a group of young adults who love to love Jesus.
- Summer Celebration: To celebrate the first week of summer, me and my roommate decided to throw a little afternoon shindig for our friends complete with a slip ‘n slide, kiddie pool and of course our new picnic table.
- Outdoor Lunch: Nothing says “LA” more than eating In ‘N Out, laying in the grass, and watching planes land right outside of LAX.
- Republic of Pie: Definitely my new favorite place in North Hollywood. The pie is spectacular (obviously), the chicken pot pie is delicious (not surprised there either), and the relaxed atmosphere can and will keep you there for hours.
- Devotions with a View: I’m personally love doing my devotions outside rather than inside a coffee shop. There’s just something so amazing about spending time with God in His creation. Recently, my boss told me about Lake Hollywood Park that had a great view of the Hollywood sign and knew that I had to venture out there before church. Needless to say, it was a very good decision.
- LA Street Art: I’m absolutely obsessed with the street art in Los Angeles. I’m constantly taking pictures of all my favorites and yesterday this one on La Brea caught my eye.
